ampm1 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ampm1 online gaming platform, accessible at https://ampm1.cam/ ("Platform", "Site", "Service"). The Platform is operated by ampm1 ("ampm1", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our").

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the ampm1 Platform, you ("User", "Player", "You", "Your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from registering or maintaining an account. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ampm1 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the ampm1 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentive credits issued by ampm1 to a Player's Account.
• "Deposited Funds" means real money deposited by a Player into their ampm1 Account using an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to validate account ownership and enable withdrawals.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used for transactions on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the ampm1 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications or services accessible at https://ampm1.cam/.
• "Real Money Games" means any games played on the Platform involving wagering of Deposited Funds or Withdrawable Winnings.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to Withdrawable Winnings.
• "Withdrawable Winnings" means funds held in a Player's Account that are eligible for withdrawal after all applicable wagering requirements and KYC checks have been satisfied.

To register and maintain an account on ampm1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. ampm1 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities. This threshold applies regardless of the age of majority in your local jurisdiction and is non-negotiable.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where ampm1 has elected not to operate.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of ampm1 or any of its affiliated entities, game studio partners, or payment processors.
5. You have not previously had an account on ampm1 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.

Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the ampm1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update this information if any changes occur.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ampm1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify ampm1 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security. ampm1 reserves the right to require a password reset or additional verification at any time.

KYC verification — including submission of a valid government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport) and proof of address — is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request. ampm1 may also require additional verification documents as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations.

ampm1 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are communicated on the Platform's deposit page.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to a Player's Account immediately for e-wallet and DuitNow transactions. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes under normal conditions. USDT TRC20 deposits require blockchain confirmation and are typically credited within 15–30 minutes. ampm1 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. ampm1 targets an average processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawal limits, minimum amounts, and eligible methods are published on the Platform. ampm1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by fraud detection systems.

Currency: All account balances are held in MYR. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. ampm1 applies transparent conversion rates and does not charge hidden currency conversion fees.

ampm1 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion, the following general bonus terms apply:

• Each welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held in separate pools. Real money funds are wagered first unless the Player elects otherwise.
• ampm1 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not negatively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus structures through arbitrage, matched betting with bonus funds, low-risk game cycling, or any other technique deemed by ampm1 to constitute bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and derived winnings forfeited. Their account may also be suspended.
• The Brand Migration Programme bonus — up to MYR 588 — is subject to its own specific terms communicated via the migration support channel and is not subject to the standard welcome bonus terms.

All games available on the ampm1 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, crash games, and lottery products — are provided by licensed third-party game studios and sports data providers. Game outcomes for RNG (Random Number Generator) games are independently certified and audited for fairness and compliance with published RTP (Return to Player) figures.

Live casino games are streamed from professional studios with licensed human dealers. Sports betting odds are set by ampm1's sports book and reflect genuine market conditions. ampm1 does not manipulate game outcomes, odds, or results.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, the affected round or bet will be resolved in accordance with ampm1's technical resolution procedures. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the stake will be refunded to the Player's Account. ampm1's logs shall be the authoritative record for all disputed game outcomes.

ampm1 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of data error, feed malfunction, or market manipulation by third parties. Such voided bets will be settled at the original stake amount.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ampm1 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual person (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity designed to circumvent AML regulations.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of accessing geo-restricted content or circumventing deposit/withdrawal restrictions.
• Colluding with other players, casino employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to exploit games, betting markets, or promotional systems.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage, multi-account bonus farming, and systematic exploitation of promotional wagering thresholds.
• Allowing or facilitating account access by any person under 21 years of age.
• Making any charge-back or reversal request with your bank or payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings derived from the disputed transaction.

ampm1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable laws.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• Technical or security reasons necessitating immediate protective action.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling policy.

Upon account termination for reasons attributable to Player misconduct, ampm1 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds, pending bonuses, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Verified Deposited Funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method after deduction of any applicable processing charges.

A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Withdrawable Winnings will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

All content on the ampm1 Platform — including but not limited to the ampm1 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data compilations, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ampm1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any other purpose without the prior written consent of ampm1.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ampm1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if ampm1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ampm1's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ampm1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ampm1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, platform outages, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or regulatory interventions.

ampm1's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform and accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ampm1 collects personal data that you provide during registration and KYC, as well as transactional data and technical data generated by your use of the Platform. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform experience.

ampm1 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, game studio partners, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For all data-related requests, please contact our data protection team at the email address provided in Section 16 of these Terms.

ampm1 is committed to responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its Players seriously. The Platform includes a suite of tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gambling behaviour:

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable by the Player.
• Session Time Reminders — Periodic notifications during extended gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporary account suspension from 24 hours to 30 days, effective immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanent or long-term account exclusion available to any Player upon request, effective within 24 hours of confirmation.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ampm1 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days may be referred to binding arbitration or the relevant regulatory complaints process, depending on the nature and jurisdiction of the dispute. ampm1's customer support team is the first point of contact for all disputes. Players based in Malaysia may raise disputes via live chat or email, and ampm1 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

ampm1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amendments will take effect 7 days after notification, unless the change is required by law or for the protection of Players or the Platform, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date. Any deposits made after the effective date will be subject to the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which these Terms were most recently updated.
